As part of this project, I designed and added a dedicated "Our Process" section to the Laurel & Daisy Co. website. The objective was to give visitors a clear understanding of the company's workflow, helping them see what happens from the initial enquiry through to the completion of their order. Presenting the process in a simple, structured format makes the customer journey easier to understand while creating a more transparent and engaging user experience.

The section was carefully designed to match the website's existing branding and layout, ensuring a seamless visual flow across the page. Clear content hierarchy, thoughtful spacing, and responsive design were used to make each step easy to follow on both desktop and mobile devices. This enhancement helps answer common customer questions before they arise and builds confidence by setting clear expectations for the entire process.
